What You’ll Build (And Earn) Here
As our Phoenix Market Specialist, you’ll own the Northern Phoenix territory (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise, Anthem, Glendale, Peoria) and develop three high-value relationship channels: CRE landlords/property managers, tenant representation brokers, and direct businesses. Your earning potential starts at $48K-$100K+ in Year 1 while you build your territory, scales to $100K-$200K+ in Year 2 as recurring commissions compound and referrals accelerate, and reaches $200K-$250K+ by Year 3—with unlimited upside and no commission caps. Unlike traditional sales roles where you’re capped by salary structures, you’ll earn aggressive commissions on every closed deal plus recurring revenue as long as clients stay subscribed. You’ll build an asset: your relationships generate consistent income streams that grow as clients expand and refer others.
Your Clear Path to Sales Leadership
Your career trajectory is transparent: Year 1 as Market Specialist owning territory, Year 2 as Market Director and earning override commissions, Year 3+ potential as Regional Sales Director overseeing multiple territories, and Year 5+ potential to become Sales Director or Chief Revenue Officer leading our entire sales organization. As a ground-floor team member, you’ll have direct access to leadership and influence on product development, pricing strategy, sales processes, marketing messaging, and territory expansion decisions. We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of B2B sales experience (CRE or business services preferred), a hunter mentality, consultative approach, and desire to build something. You’ll work with entrepreneurial freedom- set your schedule, manage your approach, build your way-while we provide CRM tools, marketing materials, showroom access, space planning support, and weekly leadership guidance.
